A Better Brief for Short-Form Video

Make short-form production faster and stronger by briefing for attention, story, and response instead of only asking for a trend.
The first three seconds need a job
A strong video brief names the tension quickly. What does the viewer recognize, question, or want to solve before they decide whether to keep watching? Start there rather than with a sound or visual trend.
Give the story a clean spine
Frame every concept as hook, proof, and payoff. The hook earns attention, the proof demonstrates credibility, and the payoff gives the viewer a reason to remember, share, or act.
Include practical production details too: who is on camera, what footage already exists, and which claim needs evidence. Clear constraints make creative work more original, not less.
